We are dedicated to quality craftsmanship on every sign we fabricate. Our 3-year warranty is 2 years longer than the industry standard.
Warranty
Sign Innovations warrants to you as the original purchaser that Sign Innovations, excluding electrical components, electrical systems, lamps & neon glass to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal conditions, upon shipment or installation of said products from Sign Innovations for (3) years.
Electrical components & systems to be covered by the manufacturers own warranty & applies to replacement of materials only & does not include labor or travel to replace said parts.
Lamps warrantied for (6) months from date of installation or shipment & applies to replacement of materials only & does not include labor to replace said parts.
Neon glass is warrantied to be in working condition at time of pick up or installation & cannot be warrantied beyond that time due to conditions beyond Sign Innovations control, resulting in breakage of glass.
This exclusive warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper handling.
Sign Innovations shall have no liability or responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused by improper handling. Sign Innovations hereby disclaims any and all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranty with respect to Sign Innovations products is described in this exclusive warranty. No oral or written representation shall extend Sign Innovations exclusive warranty beyond that described herein.
Warranty procedures
The purchaser must notify in writing Sign Innovations of any warranty claim prior to initiating any remedy upon the defective product. Upon receipt of such notice, Sign Innovations will direct that an authorized representative inspect the product and if necessary, correct the defect in accordance with this exclusive warranty, Sign Innovations shall have the exclusive right to determine whether or not a defect is covered by this exclusive warranty.
Remedies
Provided that the warranty procedures are followed, Sign Innovations will repair and/or replace defective products during the applicable warranty period without charge for parts and labor.
Repair and or replacement of defective products is your exclusive remedy under this companies exclusive warranty.
Sign Innovations shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct, incidentally or consequentially if the companies product is defective or does not conform to this exclusive warranty. In any event the maximum amount for which the company shall be liable to the purchaser, shall be the purchase price of the product.
Any claim for breach of this exclusive warranty shall be brought, if at all, not later than 30 days from the date of the companies breach.
Sign Innovations is not responsible for damage in transit. By law the carrier is responsible for damages in shipment and all claims must be filed against the carrier. No merchandise may be returned without prior consent from Sign Innovations.

IMPROPER USAGE
The warranty does not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating incorrect application, abnormal use, or stress of Products, such as operating beyond minimum or maximum rated temperatures, under or over voltage conditions, exposure to non-rated environments; damp; wet; weather; or vapors, for nonapplicable Products, degraded lines; sockets; installation with the power on; modification of the Products by users; as well as improper lamp or ballast removal and/or installation.

3. Metal Letters:
– Warranty Duration: 3 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty covers fabrication defects in metal letters including issues with material quality and finish under normal environmental conditions.
4. Acrylic Letters:
– Warranty Duration: 3 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty includes coverage against fabrication defects in acrylic letters, protecting against material degradation under standard conditions.
5. Vinyl Products:
– Warranty Duration: 2 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty covers vinyl products for defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Service Provision:
If any defects occur within the warranty period that align with our coverage terms, Sign Innovations will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective components free of material costs to the client. However, labor costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of these components are not included under the warranty. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our terms.

Our comprehensive warranty is thoughtfully designed to address two key categories: Sign Lighting and Parking Lot/Retrofit Lighting. Sign Lighting Warranty
Coverage Duration:
Our sign lighting, particularly the LEDs and power supplies, comes with long-term reliability and performance. This warranty is supported by our providers for non-in-house brands and equally applies to our proprietary in-house LED brand. At Sign Innovations, we prioritize quality and assurance in every product!
Coverage Details:
LEDs and power supplies to be covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty & which applies to replacement of materials only & does not include labor or travel to replace said parts. The average warranty for LED’s and Power Supplies is a 5-year Limited Warranty unless otherwise noted.
The manufacturer’s warranty ensures coverage for any defects or failures in the LEDs and power supplies under normal usage conditions. During the warranty period, Sign Innovations will take responsibility for the cost of replacing the LEDs and power supplies, providing you with dependable support and peace of mind.
Service Charge:
Although the replacement cost of LEDs and power supplies are fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, labor expenses for inspection and repair services are not included. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending a representative to evaluate the situation and perform any required repairs. We aim to keep your systems operational while providing clear terms for all services.
Product Options:
We provide both in-house manufactured LEDs and those sourced from trusted external providers. Parking Lot/Retrofit Lighting Warranty

Installation of Non-Fabricated Signs
No Warranty Coverage:
– Condition: When Sign Innovations installs a sign that was not fabricated in-house, no warranty is provided for the installation. We cannot assume responsibility for the sign’s durability, structural integrity, or any issues that may occur after installation, as the materials and design specifications fall outside our quality guarantee. This ensures transparency in our policies and emphasizes our commitment to the integrity of our own products.
Installation of Fabricated Signs
Five-Year Installation Warranty:
– Coverage Duration: When Sign Innovations both fabricates and installs a sign, the installation is backed by a five-year warranty starting from the date of installation. This reflects our commitment to providing high-quality craftsmanship and dependable service for our clients.

Changes to the Sign:
Changes to the design, size, or other specifications of the sign after installation are excluded from this warranty. Such alterations render the warranty invalid, and any subsequent work required will be charged at the full standard rate.
